Today I had the depostion for my dad's medical malpractice case. I promised myself I wouldn’t cry, and started crying 5 mins into it. I cried almost the whole time, of course!
On the way home, I took the commuter rail to Needham to meet my mom. Right as we were pulling into the station we stopped. After a while, we were told it would be at least an hour and that someone had been hit by the train. No one could leave the train and we had to wait until the police came. We were all counted. Eventually we were told we could leave and walk to the station, after making a big jump off the train, or wait another 2 ½ hours and ride the train. All 35 of us decided to get off the train. I had to lower myself about 4 feet while holding onto a bar. Then I had to balance on the rocks next to the train as I walked three car lengths to the front of the train. Then I walked about half a mile on the tracks until I reached the station. Here is a tiny article on it: http://www.boston.com/yourtown/news/needham/2009/07/woman_killed_by_commuter_train.html
Hank started his part time school this morning. He apaprently collapsed and cryied in the morning, but by the afternoon he didn't even want to come home!
